i have very fond memories of Pat and what a lovely gentle and kind lady she was. She was always concerned to hear how my parents were (Win and Arthur Lawrence) I remember in 1988, I went to Canada with my Mum, on my return (I came back before Mum) I called round to check on Dad. When I opened the fridge there was a yummy looking Lasagne in there. When I asked Dad, he said “Pat Mason made it for me, its lovely” I soon realised my Dad had been left in good hands!! He talked about that Lasange many time over the years. Just a little example of how kind and caring Pat was. I remember the flower arranging sessions Pat used to give at church and I know the Meeting Point ladies thoroughly enjoyed it when Pat visited them. My Mum used to come home with some lovely floral table decorations.

It was wonderful to read your personal tribute to your Mum and Dad. You will always be blessed with such happy memories. What a wonderful legacy of 2 amazing parents who gave so much love and care. God bless you.
